Monica C. Hawkins
is an entrepreneur, author, gifted teacher, and a course creator.
She has over 30 years of management experience which includes
an extensive background in leadership and development.
Monica has led and developed many teams throughout her career.
She has led and worked on several projects in both the corporate
and non-profit arenas. Her background includes banking,
customer service, and project management.
She is currently employed at the City of Lee's Summit
working as a Management Analyst
Monica holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Leadership & Administration
and is currently in the process of obtaining her
Certificate in Biblical Counseling.
